9. Change The Way You Talk About Food
Using positive and negative language such as good and bad foods tends to be what we do in order to categorize what we should and shouldn’t eat. While that’s all good and dandy for figuring out why certain foods aren’t good for you, it can give negative feelings towards comfort foods that are okay to eat every now and then. Being realistic and mentally positive is what keeps you on a healthy track with your food consumption and keeps you off unhealthy diet fads. Give yourself a break every now and then, eating is supposed to be one of the joys of life not supposed to make you feel bad.
